“Workplace IT has been an incredible partner of ours since 2014, when their team began supporting our users and organization.  Workplace IT took technology from one of our top problems to one of our top successes!

The Workplace team has brought exceptional service, strategic guidance, and committed experts to our nonprofit which has 21 locations.  Workplace staff engage professionally and effectively with other vendors that service our organization and are also incredibly patient and accommodating with our users and needs.

We truly see our team at Workplace IT as an extension of our staff, which allows us more time to fulfill our calling of guiding people to healthy and fulfilling lives.

Crestview RV – Buda, TX, Georgetown TX, and Waco, TX

“Crestview RV has been using Workplace IT to manage all aspects of our IT systems.  I was introduced to Workplace IT thru their relationship with the Spader Company.

At first, I was more than a little concerned about trusting our computers to a company that is 1500 miles away.  I spoke with them several years before we signed up, and distance was one factor that kept me from signing up initially.  I knew they had customers all over the country, one was in Austin that managed hotel properties across the country.  Aside from my perceived distance issue, the other reason I did not sign up was I really didn’t think I needed an IT company to provide direction and support.  I was the IT guy.  I figured I could handle just about anything that popped up and we would utilize a local company or two for items that were above my skill level.

The day I signed the contract one of our dealerships got infected with a computer virus and was sending out spam emails. Workplace IT jumped in and stopped the virus in its tracks and cleaned everything up, all from 1500 miles away.  The local guy I’d use couldn’t have fixed it as fast.  As we’ve worked with them over the years, I’ve seen firsthand their ability to deliver services anywhere in the country.  Their 24/7 monitoring and proactive stability and security processes make a huge difference.

They manage more than our computers, they manage our internet, copiers and much more.  I would recommend them to other RV dealerships or other closely held businesses.”

“Lawrence & Schiller is a full-service marketing communications company dedicated to going the extra mile for our clients.  In order to fulfill that promise, we must have a rock-solid infrastructure.

In 2004 we found ourselves at the forefront of the information technology explosion. Computers, data and networks became our primary tools. We had managed our information technology needs with a one-person internal department.  When that individual announced he was leaving the company we looked for a better way.

After an exhaustive search, and being told by one consultant that an outsource model would not work for L&S we entered into a partnership with Workplace. As I look back it was one of the most important business development decisions we have ever made.

Prior to Workplace our IT infrastructure was in the hands of one individual. If he was on vacation and our network or servers went down our entire shop was in danger of being shut down. Today the entire Workplace team collaborates in each of their areas of specialty to deliver the best systems for us. I no longer stay awake at night wondering if the servers are up, if we are using the best platforms or if our enterprise data is backed up securely.

The Workplace fixed-fee model also puts them on my side of the table when strategizing IT solutions and purchasing equipment. It is the best of both worlds. They work for me, but their entire team costs less than my old one-man IT department.

Our executive team doesn’t spend time and energy on IT infrastructure. We trust Workplace for that. Now that energy is invested into growing our business – which is something we know a lot more about than IT.

On top of all that, the Workplace team has the highest integrity and is great to work with.

I suck at IT.  They are very good at IT.”
